Pöpö is Pipi's best, derpy friend.

I tried to imitate :s style with this icon because I adore it. It's so cute! Haha, I hope you don't mind. <3

Pöpö means lurgy/bacteria in Finnish. Again, it's a very cute way of saying it and only little children or their parents use it (mainly).
Pöpö also sounds very much like "söpö", which means cute.
